Of all the equipment in a gas stove assembly line, two testers are absolutely essential: the gas leak tester and the burner flame tester. These are what turn a pile of assembled parts into a safe, verified product. Here is what they do.

The leak tester pressurizes the stove's gas system with air or gas and measures for pressure drop or detects escaping gas. It catches loose connections, bad seals, and faulty valves. Every stove must pass this test — a leaking stove is a safety hazard and a liability.
The flame tester verifies that each burner lights and burns correctly — a stable, efficient flame with the right color and height. It confirms the nozzle sizing, gas flow, and burner assembly are all correct. An uneven or yellow flame means something is wrong upstream.
Place the leak tester and flame tester as mandatory gates at the end of assembly, before finishing and packaging. No stove skips testing. These two testers, plus a basic ignition check, form the core of your quality control.
