Ignition problems come from misaligned electrodes, loose wiring, or poor spark gaps. Prevent them by standardizing electrode placement with jigs and testing ignition on every burner during final QC.
Burners or caps that sit off-center produce uneven flames and poor combustion. Use positioning jigs and a flame test to verify each burner lights cleanly and burns stable.
