The Three Measurements That Matter

To identify the right SABAF-compatible burner cap, record three dimensions:

• Outer diameter — the full width across the top of the cap. This maps to the size number.
• Inner diameter — the opening on the underside that seats onto the burner head.
• Depth / profile — whether the cap surface is flat or concave, which affects flame shape.

Mapping Diameter to Size Number

Match your measured outer diameter to the nearest size, and always confirm the inner diameter and profile before committing to a large order.

Measure the Finish Too

Beyond dimensions, note the surface finish — glossy flat, glossy concave, or matte flat. A customer replacing one cap wants it to match the other three burners, so the finish is part of the "fit" as much as the diameter.
